Purpose of the Survey Builder Documentation​

There are two types of documentation available to support you:

  • Quick Start Guide (QSG) - Provides a simplified 9-step walkthrough for quickly creating, sending, and analyzing your survey results. This guide covers the basics, including how to design a simple survey, set up a contact list, send invitations through distribution, and review results for analysis.

  • User Manual (UM) - Offers a comprehensive, step-by-step guide to help end users fully understand the application's features and functionalities. It details the process of creating, customizing, and managing surveys, and includes thorough explanations of the different components of the survey tool to help users maximize its capabilities.

Overview of the Survey Builder​

The DIY Survey Builder is an intuitive application that streamlines the creation, customization, distribution, and analysis of surveys. It allows users to design surveys using various question types and personalize them with custom formatting, branding, and advanced logic to create dynamic and responsive questionnaires. Surveys can be easily distributed via email or SMS. The application also features a real-time dashboard for viewing and analyzing survey results, along with customizable reports.
